Georgia-based fulfillment coordination

You sell. We manage the fulfillment.

From one parcel to case and pallet orders: receiving, storage, pick-and-pack, FBA preparation, dispatch and returns through established fulfillment providers. We match the operating plan to your product, channels and order volumes.

30-second illustrated workflow. Silent with on-screen text; not footage of a USGCP-owned warehouse.

From stock to shipment

Pick. Pack. Prep. Ship.

Receive and count the stock. Store by client and SKU. Pick the order. Pack to the agreed instructions. Apply the required FBA or shipping labels. Dispatch and share tracking.

Parcel orders go to your customers. FBA replenishment goes to Amazon under your approved shipment plan.

01

Receive & check

Count inbound pallets and cartons against the receiving advice; record damage, shortages and SKU discrepancies.

02

Store by client & SKU

Organize inventory by owner, product and unit of measure so pairs, individual items, cases and multipacks stay distinct.

03

Pick the right order

Process approved orders, pick the correct size and quantity, and hold unclear or out-of-stock orders for review.

U.S. marketplace & retail-channel support

Get ready to sell where your customers shop.

We help brands pursue Home Depot, Lowe's and Tractor Supply online programs, build Amazon and Walmart listings, develop Shopify storefronts, and prepare relevant Ace channel opportunities. Support covers the application, product data, launch and order-fulfillment requirements.

Retailers decide acceptance and product approvals. Shopify is a storefront platform, not a marketplace. A supported online launch does not guarantee placement in physical stores.

Amazon FBA preparation

Send inventory prepared. Not problems.

We coordinate receiving checks, required FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bundling, carton preparation and shipment handoff for your Amazon FBA replenishment. Every SKU follows the requirements in your current Seller Central shipment plan.

FBA prep is different from sending individual customer orders. We can support both flows, with stock allocation and charges agreed before work starts.

Boots on the ground in the U.S.

Not a remote consultant.
A team you can call.

ONE POINT OF CONTACT

Problems do not get bounced around

USGCP coordinates the commercial, fulfillment and specialist parties for the agreed scope, so the overseas manufacturer has a U.S. team responsible for moving the next action forward.

What “boots on the ground” means: U.S.-based commercial ownership, physical fulfillment coordination, accounting support, marketing execution and access to specialist logistics and customs providers when needed.
Industry experience, not industry limits

Deep industrial knowledge. Broader operating capability.

PPE and industrial safety are areas where our team has deep product and relationship experience. They are not the limit of USGCP. Our logistics, marketplace, fulfillment and marketing model is built for product brands that need a practical U.S. operating presence.

Brands and business relationships

Strongarm American Welding Company is a USGCP customer and a founder-owned brand. DMP Solutions is a separate business relationship.

Safety-industry customer relationships

Explore our safety-industry reach

Relationships span USGCP and the founder's other businesses; they do not all represent USGCP service contracts. Wholesale references identify the market we approach, not a guaranteed buyer introduction. Retailer and platform marks identify channels, not endorsements, certifications or assured account approval.

Common questions

Before you move inventory.

Can you help us get onto Home Depot, Lowe's or Tractor Supply?

Yes. We support channel-fit review, seller or supplier applications, assortment and listing preparation, and launch operations. Each retailer controls approval; we do not sell guaranteed access.

Do I need to buy marketing to use fulfillment?

No. Fulfillment, marketplace support and marketing can be purchased separately or combined in one agreed program.

Is this an owned USGCP warehouse?

Our current fulfillment model uses established third-party facilities. Your service plan confirms the receiving location, operator and responsibilities. We are evaluating our own Georgia space as volume grows.

Do you offer a fixed price list?

We build a written quote from your SKU count, storage, order volume, packing needs, channel requirements and shipping profile. Receiving, storage, handling and postage are identified separately.
