Website content describes USGCP’s commercial approach and potential service scope. It is not a binding quote, legal or tax advice, product certification, customs ruling or guarantee of sales, platform approval, delivery timing or financial results.

Provider responsibilities

Initial warehousing and fulfillment use service providers. Regulated transportation and customs activities are performed by appropriately licensed providers. Each engagement requires review and agreement on goods, responsibilities, capacity, costs, insurance, funding and operating requirements. USGCP does not claim its own NVOCC, customs-broker or freight-broker authority.

Experience and trademarks

Customer and channel references describe the founder’s work through previous or existing businesses, not a USGCP customer roster. References do not imply endorsement, a current USGCP partnership, platform certification, live technical integration or guaranteed access. Referenced names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Illustrations and technology

Globe routes, warehouse illustrations, workflow panels and animated films are explanatory visualizations, not live shipment tracking, actual USGCP facilities or customer results. AI-assisted preparation remains subject to human review. Client-specific integrations require separate implementation and testing.

Company formation and future plans

The contracting legal entity and applicable terms are identified in your service agreement. Future warehouse and freight-authority ambitions are not current services or promised completion dates.
