Informational website
Website content describes USGCP’s logistics service scope and operating model. It is not a binding quote, legal or tax advice, customs ruling, carrier commitment, delivery guarantee or guarantee of service availability.
Service arrangements
USGCP may perform services directly or arrange warehouses, carriers, brokers, subcontractors or specialist providers as appropriate to the engagement. When law requires licensure, regulated transportation and customs activities are performed by appropriately licensed parties. USGCP does not claim NVOCC, customs-broker or freight-broker authority unless separately documented. The client agreement defines the specific service scope, operating responsibilities, capacity, costs, insurance and other requirements.
Relationships and trademarks
Business and customer references span USGCP and related businesses with direct involvement from members of the USGCP team. Strongarm American Welding Company is a USGCP customer and a brand with direct team operating involvement. Industrial organizations and retail platforms are identified in the context stated on the relevant page; not every reference is a USGCP service contract. Logos and names do not imply endorsement, certification or guaranteed access. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Illustrations and technology
Globe routes, 3D warehouse and container scenes, workflow panels and animated films are explanatory illustrations. They are not live shipment tracking, footage of USGCP facilities or customer results. Client-specific integrations require separate implementation and testing.
Facilities and capacity
USGCP is establishing its own Atlanta warehouse operation. Until that facility is available—and when capacity, geography or shipment requirements call for it—services may be performed at other agreed facilities. Savannah port-area services may be coordinated through third parties. Future facilities are not represented as currently available capacity.
